The Harmony Park Navarre project, led by Kimberly Sluger and the Navarre Rotary Club, transformed a waterfront area in Navarre, Florida, into an inclusive musical playground. Despite challenges like weather delays and the pandemic, the project thrived through strong community support and diverse funding. Now featuring ADA-compliant Freenotes Harmony Park instruments, the park fosters musical interaction among people of all abilities, creating a unique and engaging space that enriches the community.
