| Freenotes join the gold rush! |
Spurred on by Team GB - Freenotes have themselves struck gold by winning the Gold Stand Merit Award at IOG Saltex on our very first year of exhibiting. IOG SALTEX is the only outdoor event in the UK exhibiting play equipment, landscaping and sports facilities. We at Freenotes love innovative use of public space and demonstrated this by filling our allocated 100m with the Freenotes instruments, plants and seating and invited visitors to interact, come on in and play, making sure everyone had a good time, despite the lack of sunshine. The judges obviously saw something inspiring and awarded us the Gold Medal (well a certificate saying Gold). We came away feeling quite chuffed with ourselves and are now very busy catching up with all the people we met who want to know more about us and what we do. Talking of success - Freenotes would also like to congratulate the British Olympic Team on their spectacular success in Beijing. Awesome!
