After two years of planning, the town of Randolph has a new park at Imagination Station. Children and adults provided input on the type of equipment and activities they wanted. Doug Knotts of Premier Park & Play worked with the Recreation Commission to come up with the final plan that included a sound garden, splash pad, shade structure, trike paths, garden beds and play equipment. The sound garden features outdoor durable instruments from Freenotes Harmony Park. The tuned drums, swirl and contrabass chimes are a must for the community as the townspeople want to encourage children’s creativity and sensory play. Town manager, David Murphy describes the park as the best in the South Shore area of Massachusetts |
